MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY SCIENCE

Medical Laboratory Technology basically teaches students how to collect, and analyze different body fluids like Blood, Urine and so forth.

People that intend to study Medical Laboratory Technology will need to have interest in Biology and Chemistry and should pay close attention to them from secondary school.

Medical Laboratory Technology is a 4 year bachelor’s degree program and graduates of this course assist doctors and Nurses in testing patients specimen for ailments like Malaria etc.

To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the annual UTME examination.

They’re also expected to have a 5 credit go in WAEC/NECO with topics including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
