HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

More often an organization’s staff determines the success of that company and companies try as much as possible to recruit the very best staff and ensure already recruited staff are at their best.

This course trains Undergraduates to be Human Resource Managers by exposing them to topics across totally different social sciences.

This course trains students to recruit and train employees. They teach students the way to set up seminars for workers, the right way to employ staff for organizations and so on.

To be Admitted into this course Aspirants are expected to take English Language, Economics, Mathematic and any other social science subjects within the annual UTME examination.

They’re also anticipated to have a 5 credit pass in WAEC/NECO with topics together with Mathematics, English Language, Economics.
