Cutoff mark for the Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro Post-UTME

The idea of a post-UTME exam involves a school using it to screen students even after they have taken the JAMB exam.

Ozoro Polytechnic is one of the schools that requires post-UTME, albeit not all schools do this.

  • Requirements for WAEC & NECO Applicant must receive at least a Credit pass in all courses, which must include English language and mathematics as well as any additional 3 disciplines related to your programme of study.
  • Applicant must be 16 years and above
  • Applicant must Score at least 140 in the recent Jamb

How to apply for the Ozoro Polytechnic Post-UTME

  • For all applicants, there is a N2,000.00 screening cost (two thousand naira only).  applicants should log on to https://www.dspz.edu.ng/select Online Application, then Start a New Application.
  • Choose the course(s) of your choice and secondly, make selections for the program type, school, department, and program after entering your personal information.
  • Click “Pay With Card” to pay the application fee using a Verve or Master Card enabled card.

The following documents must be uploaded by applicants for online screening:

  • A single photo from a current passport.
  • A photograph of the UTME result slip.
  • Test results from the NABTEB, NECO, and WAEC
  • Local Government Certificate of Origin.
  • Age Declaration or Birth Certificate.

Entrance Criteria for HND Programs at Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro

  • Applicants for any of the aforementioned Higher National Diploma (HND) courses must hold a National Diploma (ND) from the Polytechnic with at least one lower credit, or equivalent credentials from other comparable schools whose programs have been accredited by the NBTE.
  • The only eligible NDs for HND Business Administration & Management are in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • In a similar vein, CPEI of Computer Professionals of Nigeria (CPN) with at least lower credit grade and HND Computer Science, ND Computer Science, Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) with a major in Computer Education, are acceptable.
  • Candidates must also have met the matriculation requirements for the National Diploma Course at Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro. They must have a Post-National Diploma (ND) and at least one year of industrial experience.
  • Transcripts from the candidate’s institution and proof of the pertinent one-year post-ND industrial experience must be presented with the application for admission to the higher national diploma program.

How to Submit an Ozoro HND Form at Delta State Polytechnic

  • The application fee is N10,000.00 for all applicants.
  • Enter your personal information and choose your first and second choices for Program Type, School, Department, and Program.

Note: Choose HIGHER National Diploma under the Program Type heading. Under Department, choose the Department of your choice (E.g. Higher National Diploma Accountancy)

  • To pay the application cost with a Verve or Master Card InterSwitch-enabled card, click “Pay With Card.”
  • Upon successful payment, an Application Number will be generated, and a Reference Number will be issued to the provided “Email Address.”
