RECTEM Admission Requirements For ND Program
To be admitted into RECTEM for the National Diploma (ND) program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Candidates must have completed their secondary school education and obtained a minimum of five (5) credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language.
- Candidates must have taken and passed the UTME administered by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
- Candidates must have chosen RECTEM as their first or second choice institution during the UTME registration.
- Candidates who meet the above requirements are eligible to apply for the post-UTME screening exercise.
How to Apply for Post UTME
To apply for the post-UTME screening exercise at RECTEM follow the steps below:
- Visit the polytechnic’s website at www.rectem.edu.ng and click on the “Admission” tab.
- Select “Post-UTME” from the drop-down menu and click on “Apply Now”.
- Fill in the required information, including your JAMB registration number and O’level results.
- Upload your passport photograph and other required documents.
- Pay the screening fee using any of the available payment options.
- Submit your application and print out the confirmation slip.
Admission Requirements For HND Program
To be admitted into RECTEM for the Higher National Diploma (HND) program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Candidates must have completed their National Diploma (ND) program from a recognized institution with a minimum of lower credit.
- Candidates must have completed their one-year mandatory Industrial Training (IT).
- Candidates must have obtained a minimum of five (5) credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language at the O’level.
- Candidates who meet the above requirements are eligible to apply for the HND program at RECTEM
How To Submit HND Form
To apply for HND programs at RECTEM candidates must follow these steps:
- Visit the institution’s website at www.rectem.edu.ng
- Click on “Admission” and select “Apply Now” under the HND category
- Fill out the form with the relevant information and submit it.
- Pay the N5,000 application fee using the payment options offered.
- Print the completed application form as well as the payment receipt.
RECTEM Cut Off Mark
The cut-off mark for RECTEM is 120 for the ND program and 150 for the HND program. Candidates who score below the cut-off mark will not be considered for admission.
