Yola Branch of the Federal College of Education yola is one of the post-secondary educational institutions in the state of Adamawa. Dr. Mohammed Usman Degereji is the current acting provost of the institution, which can be found at Jimeta, Yola.The Federal College of Education Yola, which was originally known as the Federal Advanced Teachers’ College FATC, was created in 1974 as an institution for the training of teachers. However, it did not open its doors until 1975, when it had a total enrollment of one hundred and fifty students.The year 1984 saw the institution undergo a name change to Federal College of Education, and the year 1989 saw it become independent in line.
