We are happy to tell you that applications for the NATO Young Professionals Program (YPP)’s second cycle are currently being accepted!

Are you a skilled individual looking to advance your career by obtaining work experience with a military and political coalition that defends a billion people?

The YPP provides a special opportunity to work with NATO for three years across various nations and NATO entities if you are a citizen of a NATO member country with a Master’s degree and at least one year of professional experience.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2023 NATO Young Professionals Program. Through entry-level posts at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the Young workers Programme (YPP) of NATO seeks to attract and cultivate highly skilled workers.

Successful applicants will have the chance to work in various capacities across various NATO bodies and gain a variety of experiences throughout the Alliance.

For a total of three NATO bodies across three years, they will be appointed to various NATO bodies for one-year intervals. This will give participants a thorough overview of NATO and the chance to gain several competencies in a variety of Organizational work areas.

Eligibility

  • Candidates must be over 21 years old.
  • Possess citizenship in a NATO member nation.
  • At the time of application, you must have at least one year of proven professional experience, which can include full-time work, temporary jobs, and/or internships.
  • Possess, at the time of application, a master’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • English or French proficiency in one of the two official NATO languages. The second is regarded useful if one has some experience with it. Other language proficiency may also be viewed favorably for some occupations.
